What materials can you engrave?
We can cut and engrave wood, acrylic (plexiglass), and leather, making them great choices for signs, gifts, custom projects, and decorative pieces. We can also engrave many other materials including anodized aluminum, slate, coated metals, cork, and other laser-safe materials. Our laser machines are not designed to cut thick materials, including metals.
Can you engrave photos, logos, and custom artwork?
Absolutely. We can engrave photographs, business logos, signatures, handwritten notes, and custom artwork. For the best results, upload the highest-quality image you have available. Clear, high-resolution images produce the sharpest engravings.
Can I send you my own item to engrave?
At this time, we only engrave products and materials offered through our store. We do not generally accept customer-supplied items for engraving.
How long does custom laser engraving take?
Most orders are completed within 2–5 business days, depending on project complexity and current workload. Larger custom projects or bulk orders may require additional time. If you have a deadline, let us know before ordering.
For a custom item, what is the maximum size you can engrave?
Our laser has a maximum working area of approximately 12″ × 20″ (300mm × 500mm). Any design or material must fit within this area. If you’re unsure whether your project will fit, contact us before placing your order.
