Products and Personalization
We sell laser-engraved and custom-made products, including personalized and made-to-order items. Many products let you provide text, choose options, or upload your own files or designs. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, including spelling, names, dates, images, and any custom details. Because personalized items are produced to your specifications, we make them exactly as submitted, so please review your order carefully before purchasing.
Content You Upload
When you upload an image, artwork, logo, text, or any other file for a customized product, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have all rights and permissions needed to use it, including any trademarks, logos, copyrighted artwork, or images of other people.
- Your content does not infringe anyone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and does not violate any law.
- Your content is not offensive, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
You grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your uploaded content solely to produce and fulfill your order. We do not claim ownership of your content. We may refuse or cancel any order, and remove any uploaded content, that we believe infringes a third party’s rights, is unlawful, or is inappropriate, at our sole discretion. You agree to indemnify and hold Get Lasered harmless from any claim arising out of content you submit.
Custom Quotes and Pricing
Some products are priced based on the options, size, quantity, or files you select, and the final price is calculated or quoted accordingly. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious error.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order if a product or customization is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, if content you submitted is unacceptable, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Your order enters production once payment is received.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and made-to-order items require production time before shipping. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy. In summary: personalized and customized products are not returnable and are eligible for exchange only in the case of a defect or our error; non-personalized original design items may be returned within 30 days; and digital items are non-refundable. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site that we provide, including our designs, images, logos, and text, is owned by or licensed to Get Lasered and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs or content without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit unlawful or infringing content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, or use it for any fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Third-Party Services and Links
